Cases

Roll-out shelves rack DRAWER to store 3x1,25 m aluminum and 2,5x1,25 m steel sheets at the laser cutting machine
Customer: TASPO-F LLC (Dzerzhinsk) is a manufacturer of high-efficiency heat exchangers for automotive, tractor equipment, etc.

Problem: There was a critical lack of space at the existing metal-working shop that impacted productivity of the production process.

Solution: A DRAWER rack was installed next to the laser cutting and bending machines, the shelf extraction to the machine tables. The loading of the sheet stacks onto the shelf is provided from behind the rack with a forklift truck. The 2 bottom shelves are dedicated to steel storage (loading height 100 mm) and the 4 top shelves are for aluminium storage (185 mm). The vacuum gripper VACUUMCRAFT is used to move the sheet from the shelf to the machine table.

Customer: Veza-G IE (Gomel) - the largest manufacturer of fire and air valves in the CIS - more than 120 thousand pieces per year.

Problem: Sheet metal is stored in the shop. Pallets of metal take up a lot of space. When stacked on top of each other, it is difficult to find material.

Solution: Two STACK racks with a total capacity of 48 tons or 16 cassettes were installed in the shop. The cassette is suitable for processing with the automatic SheetMaster device. Every piece of metal is now signed and easily accessible. The productivity of the TRUMPF laser cutting machine is improved by the fast material feed.
Storage tower SHUFFLE to store steel sheets of two dimensions: 3x1,5 m and 2,5x1,25 m

Customer: SPE AERVAN LLC (Lyubertsy) - manufacturer of industrial equipment for ventilation systems, air heating and smoke exhaust systems.

Problem: With the required volume of storage, pallets of sheet steel occupied a lot of space in the shop.

Solution: Two Shuffle racks with mezzanines provided a total storage capacity of 48 tons of sheet steel. The racks are divided by sheet format: for 2,5×1,25 m and 3×1,5 m dimensions. The cassettes are loaded from the rare. The shelves of the lower section are extended to the working area of laser-cutting machines. The sheet is taken from the shelf and placed on the machine table with a SCHMALZ vacuum manipulator.

Customer: Adani (Minsk) is a world-class corporation focused on breakthrough innovations in safety, life and health.

Problem: The company ordered a high-performance laser cutting machine. The task was to organize sheet storage.

Solution: A DRAWER rack with 9 shelves was installed next to the laser cutting machine. The sheet metal is put inside the cassette, this configuration provides the most compact storage. Sheet extraction is carried out using a vacuum manipulator. The shelves are universal and carry aluminum (loading height 80 mm) and steel.

Customer: LLC "Plant Euroformat" (Kiev) - a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of elevators, that exports their products to Europe.

Problem: With the expansion the company began to face a shortage of space for material storage inside the workshop.

Solution: The project was started with installation of 1 STACK rack. The cassette is suitable to store 3×1,5 m and 2,5×1,25 m sheet metal and has a capacity of 3000 kg. The cassettes are used as in-house carrier to transfer material between production areas. The rack can carry a mezzanine that adds new cassettes as the customer planned to order a forklift truck with longer mast. The rack was painted in the customer's company colors.
