The right rack depends on your production process and where it’s placed relative to machines or material flow.
Here are a few typical examples — but we’re happy to review your case individually:
🔷
DRAWER rack — best when the rack is next to the machine (laser, plasma, guillotine, press brake, etc.), and the operator loads sheets manually using a lift. You pull out the shelf, pick a sheet, and place it directly on the machine table.
🔷
STACK rack — ideal if you’re using an automated loading system (e.g., SheetMaster, Loader, ByTrans, etc.). The cassette is positioned in the pick-up zone, and the machine collects the sheets automatically.
🔷
STACK rack — also fits when you care about
maximum storage capacity and
compact stacking (e.g., replacing an external storage yard or a less efficient cantilever rack).
